The Guy Behind Novellino Climate Solutions

If you live on Grand Island, there's a decent chance you've already heard the name Eric Novellino — or at least heard somebody recommend him. Eric spent years working in the HVAC industry before deciding to bet on himself and launch Novellino Climate Solutions, a family-owned operation based right here on the island. It's the kind of business where the owner is also the guy who shows up at your house, explains what's going on in plain English, and doesn't try to make things sound scarier than they are.

A Walk-In Cooler, a Busy Weekend, and a Phone Call

One story that really captures what Novellino is about: a local small business owner had their walk-in cooler start failing right in the middle of a packed weekend. Not exactly ideal timing. They called Eric based on a friend's recommendation, and he came out fast, figured out the problem, and got them back up and running without any drama. No pressure, no upsell — just got it done. That's the kind of thing people remember, and it's why his name keeps getting passed around.

Spring Is Coming — And So Is AC Season

We all know how it works in the 716. One week you're still shoveling the driveway, and the next you're opening every window in the house because it's suddenly 80 degrees. Spring has a way of sneaking up on us, and the smart move is to have somebody take a look at your AC before that first real heat wave catches you off guard. Eric handles residential and commercial work across Western New York, so whether it's your home or your business, he's got it covered.

Why People Keep Coming Back

The thing that comes up again and again when you read what people say about Eric is that he actually talks to you like a person. He explains what's going on, tells you what it'll cost before he starts, and doesn't push stuff you don't need. In a world full of big companies with call centers and runarounds, it's refreshing to just deal with a local guy who knows his stuff and treats you right. That's Novellino Climate Solutions — Grand Island roots, and the kind of service that makes you want to tell your neighbor about it.
